A room is reserved only by a signed co-living agreement and first payment. Website descriptions are not an offer or a housing agreement.
3. Applications
Applications do not guarantee a room. Availability and approval are subject to review and the co-living agreement.
4. Fair housing
MATH Heritage LLC does not discriminate on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or other protected classes under federal, [STATE], or local law. Accommodation requests may be sent to office@mathheritage.com.
5. Payments and refunds
Rent and deposit payments are processed by RentRedi; Stripe is used for gifts and donations. Rent and deposit payments made through RentRedi are also subject to RentRedi's terms, which you accept when you create your RentRedi account. Refunds are governed by your agreement. MATH Heritage LLC is a for-profit business; gifts here are not tax-deductible. Tax-deductible gifts can go to [NONPROFIT PARTNER].
