- Download the RentRedi app or open the web portal, and log in with the email you applied with.
- Go to Payments, then Wallet, and add your bank account or card.
- Under Payments Due, choose your rent and tap Pay Now.
- Turn on autopay so rent pays on the 1st.

Do I need to download an app?
No. You can apply and pay rent in your web browser, or use the free RentRedi app on iPhone or Android. Either way, you'll create a free RentRedi account with your email.
Can I pay rent with cash?
Yes. Add cash to a Chime account at 90,000+ stores (like Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Dollar General and 7-Eleven), then pay your rent from that account in RentRedi.
What's the cheapest way to pay?
A bank account (ACH) is $1 per payment. Debit and credit cards are 3.1% + $0.30 per payment.
Can I set up autopay?
Yes. Turn on autopay in RentRedi and your rent pays itself on the 1st of each month.
Can rent help build my credit?
Yes, if you choose. RentRedi Credit Boost reports your on-time rent paid through RentRedi to TransUnion, Equifax and Experian. Plans start at $3.99 a month, and you can sign up any time in the app under Rent, then Get Credit Boost.
What if my email or phone number changes?
Update it right away in the RentRedi app: Settings, then Profile, then Edit. Your RentRedi email is how you log in and how we send rent reminders, notices and messages, so it must always be current. If you can no longer get into your old email, call or text us at 262-412-2988 and we'll help you move your account to the new one.
What comes with my room?
A furnished room, access to a stocked kitchen, renters insurance, and a welcome kit with complimentary toiletries at move-in.
How often do I pay rent?
Monthly. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a minimum $500 deposit at move-in. Rates depend on the room.
What is the minimum stay?
Rooms are rented on a monthly lease.
Does applying reserve a room?
No. A room is reserved only by a signed co-living agreement and first payment. Most people tour first, then apply. After your tour, we'll email you the application link.
